As an intuitive, compassionate and empathic therapist, Tania empowers people to understand their bodies and how to live their lives in good health. Working with the concept that tension and stress lead to illness and imbalances, Tania helps people to understand why they may have manifested symptoms or imbalances in their lives, then through balancing their chakras and meridians Tania helps people to return to their natural state of balance and wellness.
Tania works with the following healing modalities:
I practice a range of holistic energy therapies comprising Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Body Mirror System Healing. All are designed to bring about a process of healing and restore people back to a life of balance, whilst addressing any underlying causes of stress or illness.
I love travelling abroad and taking road trips in the UK, you never know what’s around the next corner!
I was going to be the world’s leading big cat expert and be mentored by George Adamson after seeing the Born Free films. Best laid plans and all that…
Becoming an early entrepreneur at the age of four selling fruit gums for two pence each to unsuspecting passersby outside my nana’s house, while wearing her dressing up clothes.
It would have to be something involved in being a big cat I think. Are there any? I’ll just make one up, I’d be a cross between Cat Woman and someone who can fly and do some great martial arts moves. High kicks, flying and cat-like abilities, it’s all going on!
My Ukrainian nana who died when I was 13. I wish I’d had the chance to hear about her interesting life and her experiences of how she coped being in a camp in Germany during the war. Plus she used to make a delicious elderberry gin-based drink fondly referred to as ‘nana’s medicine’ which I was allowed to have a sip of on special occasions. I’d love the recipe for that!
Thankfully they keep on coming. I’m happiest being with people I love, exploring exciting new places with the sun on my face and a beautiful ocean just around the next corner.
I’d love to be a tiger; they’re graceful, agile and strong. I’m more of a Tigger unfortunately but I’m working on it.
I’m grateful for all the wonderful people in my life and all the experiences this journey brings.
I think more people will begin to open up to the important things in life; love, friendship, happiness, looking after each other and our planet, compassion and supporting one another. We’re all in it together and I believe we’re all connected, so when one of us makes a positive difference we all benefit.
Hopefully by helping to empower myself and others to live our lives in balance and wellness, and keeping hold of my sense of humour along the way.
