Biography

Paul is an experienced personal trainer specialising in weight management, nutrition and sports massage. His sessions are challenging, fun, varied and effective; geared towards you reaching your goals fast! He offers ongoing nutritional support and advice ensuring you get exceptional results.

Paul holds the Premier Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage.

Paul has designed programmes for clients with varied targets and goals; from people looking to reduce body fat, wanting to build muscle, who are training for a marathon or who just want to improve their fitness levels. He will help you to challenge your limits whilst making fitness fun.

The birth of my daughter, Ruby.

My great family and good friends.

By never looking down on anybody unless I am helping them back up.
