Biography

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in Human Excellence and have studied it for over eight years now. In this time I have developed a great understanding of how people work and what affects their performance. I have a degree in Sports Science and specialised in psychology, I am a qualified Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner, training with The Coaching Academy who are the World’s largest provider of Professional Coach Training and a fully Accredited Organisation.

Coaching is an extremely powerful process that helps you to become clear on exactly what it is you want, identify where you are now and set clear goals and actions to help you get to where you want to be in the future.

NLP is the study of Human Excellence and it is like having a workbook for the brain. Understanding how the brain works and being an NLP practitioner means I can accelerate the performance of my clients much more effectively when coupled with my Coaching skills.

I am committed to my own development of becoming one of the very best Coaches in the World today and I am an advanced member of The Coaching Academy's Protégé Programme, which is the World’s most Exclusive Coaching Programme. I can assure you that as a Coach I practice all the principles that I preach in my own life. I believe it is very important that you walk your talk.

I worked for a Global IT company delivering Product and Sales Training for 3 years until I decided to leave that and pursue my own dream.

Over the past 18 months I have started two businesses, overcome my fear of public speaking and become a reputable speaker winning several awards, appeared on TV, worked with a wide range of clients ranging from Managing Directors to Single Parents, wrote two books, maintained a high level of physical fitness, built strong relationships with my family and close friends, enjoyed a good social life and found time in there to relax too!

Now I spend my time on my passion of supporting people to be at their best and achieve great success in both their personal and professional life. My time may be split between working with clients one to one on my ‘Raise Your Standards’ Coaching Programme, writing articles on how to improve performance and achieve the results you desire both mentally and physically to speaking to organisations on how to improve staff productivity and motivation or doing pro bono work speaking to hundreds of people at universities on how to keep focused and be more productive.

I believe in the principle ‘healthy body, healthy mind’ and it is important to improve them both equally. One affects the other. If you want to achieve outstanding results physically and be at peak health then please check out my E-book; 1 Perfect Body: The Essential Guide to a Better Body. No More Diets, No Gimmicks.. Simple Methods for Amazing Results.

I now have more satisfaction and fulfilment every day of my life than I ever did before and it is my absolute passion to support you to have the same and much more. I am a results focused Coach with a fun and vibrant approach to life and I aim to make your experience as one of my clients both highly valuable and enjoyable at the same time.
