Background

I hold a full diploma in personal training & sports massage. I am a young, enthusiastic trainer, committed to people achieving their goals. My wide knowledge of fitness allows me to keep sessions effective, varied and enjoyable. With over 5 years experience of personal training I am able to help you meet your goals and targets whatever your age, condition or level of fitness.

So far, since getting my diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage, I have gained valuable experience dealing with my own clients & gym members in my occupation. I have performed health & lifestyle consultations with hundreds of various people with many different goals & targets. Clients who fall into the Special Population categories have also been consulted by myself. I have had to use my knowledge on numerous occasions to create programs for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, asthma & many more. I feel I have lots of experience in dealing with a different range of people when it comes to prescribing exercise & I am confident in all aspects of programme design.

Work out, play football, stay active in general.

Who did you want to be when you grew up?

A WWF wrestler or a footballer!!!

What’s your favourite childhood memory?

Lots! Probably going to America for the first time.

If you were a superhero who would you be and what super powers would you have?

Superman, who is better than Superman? I would have the power to fly!

If you could have a one to one with anyone who would it be and why?

Jessica Alba for obvious reasons.

Describe the happiest moment in your life

When my niece, Ruby, was born three years ago.

If you were an animal what would you be?

Tiger, don’t really know why!

What are you most grateful for?

Having a great family and good health.

What’s your vision of the future?

I will become as good as I can possibly be as a person and as a personal trainer. Continue helping many, many people achieve their fitness goals whatever they may be.

How are you going to make the world a better place?

By helping people look and feel much better about themselves in every possible way!
