I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritional consultant and have a passion for all things which involve being healthy and active.
My main sport is swimming and I’ve always felt at home in water. I’ve swum for a local team since I was 8 and continue to compete at a professional standard. I train in the pool twice a week and in the gym three times per week.
Having previously qualified as a solicitor I decided on a complete change of direction and re qualified as a personal trainer which allowed me to follow my passion for health and fitness. I have a particular expertise in aqua training which gives people the opportunity to improve their cardio vascular fitness and get a total body workout irrespective of how good they are at swimming. My aim is to get the very best from the people I work with so they look and feel great.
Aqua fitness and personal trainer.
Surf and snowboard when holidays let me—otherwise swim and workout.
I was always a bit of a dreamer as a kid so it would have been something quite arty or sports related.
For my 8th birthday my mum and dad got me a little motor bike which they had hidden in the porch, after I’d opened a bunch of fairly low key presents they told me to check if anything had come in the post. When I opened the door and saw the bike I was completely lost for words, good times!
As a kid I was into Spiderman big time, I had the full costume and everything, so I’d have to go with that.
It might be a bit obvious but I’d have to say Barack Obama. Irrespective of the significance of his race he seems a genuine, honest and truly compassionate leader who has breathed life into world politics—I know he’d be really inspiring to talk to.
Whenever I’m in the waves on my surf board.
A turtle, nice and chilled!
My health, my family and having a great group of friends who make sure I don’t take life too seriously!
Being as good as I can possibly be and helping other people get the very best from life.
Wait and see.
