Biography

David Edwards is an experienced personal trainer and fitness expert who applies his knowledge base and skills to help clients achieve their goals.

I am qualified across the following areas and disciplines:

I am an advanced fitness instructor and personal trainer with a degree in sports and exercise science. I have been providing personal training and nutritional advice for over eight years to a wide range of people. This includes a variety of ages, abilities and objectives.

I offer one on one boxing coaching, this provides a fun, varied and challenging way to get the body you desire.

Personal trainer & boxercise coach.

What do you do for fun?

I like to play and watch sports. Mainly football and rugby league. To relax I spend time with friends and family.

Who did you want to be when you grew up?

Kenny Dalglish.

What’s your favourite childhood memory?

Getting a knitted Postman Pat from Father Christmas.

If you were a superhero who would you be and what super powers would you have?

Batman, he has all the good gadgets!

If you could have a one to one with anyone who would it be and why?

John Lennon, a legend in his own lifetime and beyond.

Describe the happiest moment in your life

Scuba diving in Egypt, such a great holiday.

If you were an animal what would you be?

A cat — they seem to live life the right way. Nap, stretch, nap, eat, chase after a bit of string, get stroked, nap (repeat).

What are you most grateful for?

Having such a great family (including my sister!)

What’s your vision of the future?

Bringing health and fitness to the masses.

How are you going to make the world a better place?

By helping to reduce childhood obesity that will lead to health problems when they get older.
