You don’t need to commit for a full week!

Pick and choose your meals or snacks. Do you eat well at home, but fill yourself full of rubbish at work? Do you eat well at work then seem to eat the wrong things when you get home? If you haven’t the time to prepare snacks and can’t keep your hands out of the biscuit tin, then this option is for you.

There is no need for you to sign up and commit for the 5/6 meals and snacks per day for the full 6 days. We offer you the option to use our services as and when you need them. If you want a good start and finish to the day (breakfast and dinner) or if you want to eat well during the day, then eat with the family on an evening (just 2 meals and 2 snacks) then take away any meals or snacks from your daily menu. You can also use our services on a daily basis — 1 day a week, 4 days a week, it’s up to you, you decide!
