When can I start?

Food can start being delivered 1 week after your initial enquiry—allowing time for specific menus to be written and approved to your requirements.

What areas do you deliver to?

We can deliver nationwide. If you are interested in Soulmatefood delivering to your area please email info@soulmatefood.com with your name, full address and contact phone number.

What can I drink?

Water is a vitally important part of the Soulmatefood philosophy. If you fall within a normal weight range you should drink at least 2 litres a day but if you are overweight, exercising or it is a hot day the amount should increase.

How is the food cooked?

As part of the Soulmatefood questionnaire we ask how you would like to cook—so that all cooking meets your requirements. We provide clear cooking instructions on all your food packages.

What if I want to make changes to my menu?

Although we aim to give only the foods that you like, sometimes you discover foods or textures within the first few weeks that won’t appeal. We ask for constant feed back on all our food and you can call us at any time to request a change to your “dislikes sheet”.

What if I want less days or specific meals eg just lunches?

Although Soulmatefood aims to deliver a complete dietary programme, we are willing to discuss specific requirements on an ad hoc basis with clients.

What if I’m hungry?

In the first couple of weeks it can take time to adjust to a new way of eating. Although we can increase your portion size generally most people start to have more stable energy levels within 7 days of starting the diet.

What if I go on holiday?

If you are going on holiday we ask for at least 1 week’s notice and you will not be charged for any meals while you are away. The number of days for which you request no delivery will be added onto the end of your cycle.
